Keeping track of interviews, screenings, assessments, and offers across many job applications is hard. With a candidate's explicit consent, Progenix can connect to their Gmail account using read-only access to automatically detect recruitment-related emails and place those events on the candidate's interview calendar — and notify their assigned coordinator.

With a candidate's explicit consent, Progenix connects to Gmail using read-only access. We never send, modify, delete, or move email.
Only recruitment emails
We detect recruitment-related messages — interview invites, screening calls, assessments, and offers — and add them to the candidate's interview calendar.
Protected & minimal
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and data is transmitted over TLS. We store only what's needed to track recruitment events.
Disconnect anytime
Candidates can disconnect their mailbox at any time, which revokes access and stops syncing. Administrators can remove a connection and its stored data.
Progenix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
